These O&M contracts may be executed as part of an integrated Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Testing (SITC) + O&M package, or independently, depending on the project's overarching contractual framework.

- Operation and Management of Permanent and Mobile Weigh Stations: Expertise in operating and managing both fixed and portable weigh stations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Fine Collection Operations on National Highways and Motorways: Seamless management of fine collection processes to streamline highway and motorway operations.
- Provision of Technical Support at ETTM Toll Plazas and Operations Centers: Professional technical assistance for the smooth operation of ETTM toll plazas on National Highways, including the Operations Center at NHA Headquarters.
- Maintenance of Weighing Systems on National Highways and Motorways: Offering ongoing technical support for the maintenance and upkeep of static, mobile, and SSWIM weigh stations across highways and motorways.
