This single controller can integrate variety of sensors in receiving their inputs and then controlling multiple hardware modules yet in absolute modular fashion. IRD’s SSWIM Scale boasts a design to the true spirit of ASTM 1318 that knocks down axial (lateral) forces with no mechanical movements, less number of sensors and hence exhibits very low maintenance over its life cycle.

Portable/ Mobile Weighing Systems
Applications: IRD’s Dy-SAW and DAW300 PC equipment has revolutionized the world of mobile weighing in Weight Enforcement applications. These systems may be used in Dynamic or Static Mode in completely portable or semi-permanent installations.

Larger weighing surface and simple design of Bending Plates are the key attributes of an intelligent built to cover increased weighing capacity and performance requirements. PC based application is as simple as ready-to-go in its easy set-up, configuration of all vehicle classes and display of per-vehicle information like speed, wheel loads, axle weight and GVW information as per international standards.

The Dy-SAW (the dynamic and static) is one of the recent developments in IRD’s SAW Series of Wheel Load Weighers which holds OIML certification to its credit in the respective accuracy class desired by enforcement agencies.
